username still noob on server + server issue

i changed my username and it works when i play singleplayer but when i join a server my username is still noob
also most servers does not work like meta construct. is it a game issue or a connection issue ?

it tried it but it worked on singleplayer only

Open: <game folder>/garrysmod/cfg/config.cfg
Find: name "Noob"
Chang to what you need.

but still. it isnt working my username is still noob on the server

I don't known. On local game nickname work fine.

i think i fixed it (or maybe not)
when you join a server the server will register the name even if you changed it by the app or manually
cuz youre joining by the same ip address
it stays the same name you joined with it first time
in conclusion:
this problem cannot be fixed
